Panda Buffet in Bartlett

Do not I repeat! Do not eat here food is old and stale looking everything looks overcooked and undercooked I payed my money and I didn't eat anything I couldn't because the food was horrible! This place should be closed honestly! I've never seen a buffet this bad and the chicken wings were huge I've never seen chicken that huge! My family made me go here never again.Save your money and time!

Several large buffet tables. The food is fresh and hot. I usually get something from the buffet to go. One of the buffet tablets has a salad bar, fruit and dessert items. Another has American food which is aimed toward southern, but it misses the mark. The Chinese food is the American-Chinese kind (not authentic) with many choices. The buffet has a couple of fresh fish selections too.

We used to love this place. So sad they went out of business.

The food is just ok. Not the best Chinese/Japanese/Southern buffet I've had. It's pretty hit or miss (mostly miss) with what you get, but the staff is friendly and service is fast. Wouldn't recommend. The dessert is good, though.

Very large buffet. They have fried and boiled shrimp. Crawfish and crab rangoon. Many varieties of chicken and various rice dishes. They also have some American dishes like roast beef, fried shrimp, potatoes, pizza... the fried foods had a weird aftertaste like over used oil? Still a lot of variety for 12$ dinners

Always great food and service when we eat here. Usually busy but not so busy that it takes away from anything. Guess that means they have a well oiled machine. Keep up the greatness!

Never a disappointment, the kindest staff with the best service. Good food, mostly fresh as they trade out the trays often. You will get an occasional cold item but just let them know and it will be taken care of. 5stars for me.

Good quality buffet food, doesn't usually taste like it's been sitting out all day or got overcooked. Sushi bar is decent.

Food was not fresh. Hot & sour soup was the only mediocre thing I tasted. However, we did not complain. Dined with a co-worker on our lunch hour. After an unsatisfying meal, my co-worker got in line to pay our bill at the counter as I walked outside to my car. A waitress came running after me yelling that I needed to pay my bill. It was embarassing. I had to go back inside to prove my co-worker was paying for both of us. We will not be back.

It's a Chinese buffet. Not too shabby either. Friday night and I don't have any complaints. Very friendly staff, good food. Great service. Try the oysters and the fried Tilapia. The mudbugs (crawdads) are excellent too.

Good food as long as you stay away from the Asian food.

Always enjoy this place. Thought the buffet was the best? Think again the servers/kitchen staff do an amazing job at make sure you have everything you may want or need in a timely manner. The place is so nice i had to double back. Two visits in a week!! Continue to thrive.

This place is outstanding!!!! They are incredibly kid friendly, and the food is amazing! The staff is so accommodating when you have kids with. I have nothing but good things to say about this place!! This will definitely be our family date night spot! Keep up the great work!

Lunch buffet was pretty cheap with a nice selection on the buffet. Food was pretty good. Service was excellent.

The Buffett tables were kept full and the selection was awesome. The staff is always friendly, helpful, quick to clear your table, and refill your drinks. We will keep driving the 30 minutes takes us to eat here.

Went there after a funeral told them there would be 7 different tickets,was charged gratuity on tickets with only 2 people. One server scratched her but standing at the table,they did not want to view tape while we were there and only communicated in their language amongst themselves, how do we know what they discussed. Did not like that at all 😤😤

for me, this is one of the finer Asian/Chinese food restaurants around the Memphis area. Excellent service, excellent array of choices. Price is varied for lunch buffet, (about $10 w/water), and a little more after 4pm when they serve nicer, more expensive foods on their dinner buffet. (about $14 w/drink)

Love it my fiance and I eat here all the time the staff is amazing the food is good and the price is nice. Highly recommend. Even if you don't like Chinese food they have something you will like.

Food was surprisingly bland, but the service and atmosphere were good. There were a large number of selections so the value is decent but I've never had such lackluster Chinese food on a buffet. But it was hot and there was plenty of it. The desert and sushi selections were the best things available. I doubt I'll return.

Great Chinese food. The sushi comes with the purchase of the buffet and is very fresh. There are lots of different sushi options. The buffet is kept well stocked and the food is kept hot. The staff is very friendly and quick to refill drinks or remove finished plates. There is soft serve ice cream and several scoop varieties.

The dining area was roomy.They have a good selection of sushi.The salad bar was kept clean and full.They have a great variety of meats and main dishes. You can have your food freshly grilled by their chef or just choose what is fresh from the buffet.They also have a good selection of fruits and deserts as well as ice creams.I will give them a big thumbs up!

We are regular customers and tonight was the worst experience ever. We always have a big group with us anyway because we are a family of 7 to begin with. Tonight the food was so dried out, the service was bad and it was not busy at all!! Someone in my group was at the food bar and told he was getting to much food and last we checked it was all you can eat buffet. Not to mention our bill was over 150.00 dollars and they tried to charge 187.00 and we all drank water. Like mentioned before we are regulars but that will change due to the service and quality of food.

This place had it going in. Unassuming is an apt description. The interior isn't much to take about. The staff is just ok. The pile of chairs in front of the fire exit is scary. BUT, the food is great for the price, the sushi it's tasty, the offerings are outstanding for the size of the location. Pass on the Grand Pacific, it's not so Grand and go to the panda buffet. 🐼 🐼!

This place is always awesome the food is always great The Waitresses are always right there to make sure you got everything you need to keep your drink spilled it's nice plain and anything you can think of to eat Chinese they have their own sushi bar dessert salad they even have fried catfish bait fish they have a little bit of everything even just plain American food it is the best buffet in Memphis
